Arizona State University Cronkite School of Journalism

Team leader Sue Green is broadcast director for ASUs Cronkite News Service, which supplies Arizona news outlets with student-produced journalism, and assistant news director in the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism. Sue is a former managing editor at KNXV-TV Phoenix, and also worked in TV news in Washington, DC, Los Angeles, and New York. For her work at WABC-TV in New York on September 11, 2001, she was recognized with a George Foster Peabody Award.

  • Lisa Blanco graduated in 2012 from ASUs Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University. She anchored and reported for the daily newscast Cronkite Newswatch and Sun Devils 101 on Fox Sports Arizona
  • Isaac Easley is a Cronkite School journalism graduate, Sun Devils 101 producer, and recipient of a first-place award from the School of Public Journalism, Region 11, for sports feature reporting.
  • Taryn Mento is an M.A. graduate of the Cronkite School and a producer for Cronkite Newswatch. A series of food safety reports on which she worked was picked up by MSNBC and the Washington Post.
  • Nathan ONeal is a Cronkite School graduate and winner of a Hearst award for television reporting; his documentary on border issues in the Dominican Republic won a Robert F. Kennedy Journalism Award.
